Refusal to mobilize for its battles...Houthi liquidation of (Abdulrahman Al-Moayad) in Al-Jawf

Local sources in Al-Jawf Governorate, northeast of Yemen, said that the terrorist Houthi militia there assassinated the religious and political activist Abdul Rahman Al-Moayad, following the escalation of internal disputes within the group's ranks.

Yesterday, the sources indicated that the Houthi militia - the Iranian arm in Yemen - liquidated   Al-Moayad in the Al-Humaydat District in Al-Jawf Governorate, against the background of his refusal to engage in mobilization operations and inciting citizens to fight in the Ma'rib Governorate.

Al-Moayad Abd al-Rahman is one of the Zaydi scholars and teachers of the Zaydi sect in the region and has a wide presence among the local community in Al-Jawf Governorate.

Al-Moayad refused a request by the Houthi militia leaders to incite in his lectures and speeches to fight in Marib, considering the Houthi militia's wars as futile battles.
