Aden, NewsYemen, special:

Day after day, the Sultanate of Oman reveals that it is a catalyst for chaos and the first rejection of any peace in Yemen, without far from the victory of the Houthi group.

The Sultanate works by all means for the Houthi militias and feeds and supports parties affiliated with legitimacy to prevent any fall of the Houthi militias, and it has become the most obstruction to the coalition’s work through its pro-legitimacy arms.

The Gulf Cooperation Council’s call for the Yemeni parties to dialogue and reach peace to end the conflict, which will enter its eighth year next Tuesday, and after the Houthis rejected it, it was rejected by parties loyal to Muscat, to assure everyone that it stands by Iran’s agents and does not want peace.

Everyone is looking for peace, and the people are exhausted and their suffering has increased, and a political solution to end the bloody war is hoped for everyone, but the site of another opinion, it wants victory for the Houthi group only and throws its tools that host them on its land to obstruct those efforts.

On Saturday, former Interior Minister Ahmed Al-Maysari announced his refusal to participate in the Riyadh Peace Dialogue, despite activists' assertion that he had not received an invitation for dialogue.

Al-Maisari spoke in his capacity as the head of the Preparatory Committee for the General People's Congress Party in the south, which is a non-existent, baseless, and non-existent trait.

Al-Maisari attacked the coalition and the transitional coalition, as usual, without talking about the Houthi militias that are tampering with the state and causing the biggest disaster in the history of the country.

Al-Maisari’s statement rejecting peace coincided with a media campaign for what is known as the Muscat cell, which is Houthi and Brotherhood leaders and Muscat-supported channels that attack Riyadh and its call for peace.

Al-Maisari is considered one of the most prominent figures of the "Muscat cell", along with Sheikh Al-Qibli, who leads a movement against Saudi Arabia in Al-Mahra, Ali Al-Huraizi, and a group of media personalities such as Anis Mansour, Adel Al-Hasani, Ali Al-Bujairi and Mukhtar Al-Rahbi, in addition to the Muscat-backed Al-Mahra channel, which specializes in attacking the coalition.

The Houthis had announced their refusal to participate in the dialogue, calling for dialogue with the coalition and in a neutral country, according to Agence France-Presse.

The militias also confirmed their lack of seriousness in dialogue for peace and their rejection of the invitation and its method, after targeting civilian sites in Saudi Arabia at dawn on Sunday.

Al-Maisari’s statement and the Brotherhood’s campaigns against the Riyadh conference do not seem far from the opinion of the Houthi militias, and Muscat, the first controller of its tools, is behind the rejection.

Muscat seems not satisfied with any dialogue, even without the participation of the Houthi militia, as it believes that any dialogue between the anti-Houthi parties will not be in the interest of the militias, and efforts may be united towards Sanaa, which Muscat does not want.

Southern researcher Saeed Bakran said in his tweet, "It is clear that the Houthis, along with the Muscat cell, took their decision not only to reject the invitation of the Cooperation Council, but to work to prevent the meeting in the first place."

Bakran continued, "Both sides fear the consequences of this move called for by the Cooperation Council, and for this reason the group's rallies are moving and the attacks may intensify in the coming days."

In another tweet, Bakran said: "The wave of Houthi terrorist attacks on the Kingdom aims to prevent the arrangements of the Cooperation Council in Riyadh."

Bakran noted: The UN envoy went to Muscat to meet the Houthi delegation, while he met with all parties in Jordan.

Bakran indicated that the message of Al-Houthi and his supporters is clear. The solution is Iranian and in Muscat, not an Arab from Riyadh. He asked: "What does Al-Houthi fear from Riyadh's arrangements?"
