Al-Houthi terrorist militia postponed the implementation of a judicial ruling issued by the Judicial Court in Al-Hodeidah Governorate, which imposed the death penalty against a murderer close to one of its supervisors, 6 years ago.

Local sources said that the judicial court issued the death sentence for the murderer of Abdullah Al-Bazzaz, who was deliberately killed by the perpetrator, Fateh Al-Raymi, in 2016, in the Galil neighborhood in Al-Hodeidah.

The sources added that the killer, "Fatah Abdul Rahman Al-Rimi", is still imprisoned in the Central Security Prison in Hodeidah, but influential parties have been procrastinating in implementing the death sentence for years.

On his Facebook page, the brother of the deceased, "Al-Bazzaz", appealed to the competent and judicial authorities to quickly implement the death sentence, surprising the delay in implementing the sentence despite the passage of years since its issuance.

He added: "The treacherous premeditated murder case has been judged, and all the judgments have been passed, and it remains only to establish justice and fairness in implementing the judgment of retribution in the murderer, although the execution judgment has been set more than once, but its implementation is postponed for ambiguous reasons."

The killer Al-Rimi is close to one of the supervisors of the terrorist militias, and the Houthi militia is putting pressure on the judiciary to find a loophole to challenge the ruling.
