STC : Putting an end to Houthi terrorist practices

The Southern Transitional Council welcomed Security Council Resolution 2624, designating al-Houthi as a terrorist group and expanding the ban on the delivery of weapons to terrorist Houthi militias.
The statement of the General Department of Foreign Affairs of the Council called for "the need for member states to implement the necessary measures to implement this decision, in order to ensure an end to the dangerous terrorist practices carried out by the terrorist Houthi militia, which comes at the forefront of targeting civilian objects, economic facilities and populated cities in the south, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia." Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, in addition to threatening international navigation and the security and stability of the region.
He valued the Security Council's call for all parties to participate constructively in the consultations led by the envoy of the Secretary-General "without any preconditions", calling on the international community to continue to support a comprehensive and constructive approach that ensures a successful and lasting political process.
