Al-Houthi sentenced a journalist to eight years in prison, 6 years after his kidnapping

The Houthi ruling sentenced the journalist and correspondence engineer at the Yemeni news agency "Saba", Nabil Muhammad Al-Sadawi, to prison, among other sentences, including the death penalty against the kidnappers, who were brought by the Houthi militia on trumped-up charges.
Houthi media reported that Al-Sadawi and three others were sentenced to eight years in prison, and put them under supervision for three years."
The Houthi militia had kidnapped the journalist Al-Sadawi on September 21, 2015, and hid his fate from his family, until he was referred to the "Prosecution Office", in early July of the year 2019, and false accusations were brought against him, such as espionage.
