Masam: 873 Houthi mines were removed within a week

The Saudi Masam Project to clear mines in Yemen announced on Sunday that it had seized 873 mines during the third week of February, planted by the Houthi militia in several governorates.
Masam said in a statement that the Houthi mines removed, including 60 anti-personnel mines, 657 anti-tank mines, 93 unexploded ordnance, and 63 explosive devices, bringing the number of mines cleared during February to 6,540.
He pointed out that the number of mines cleared since the beginning of the project so far has reached 321,431 mines, which were randomly planted by the Houthi militia in various Yemeni governorates to harvest more innocent victims of children, women and the elderly.
