Sana'a, NewsYemen:

The leader of the terrorist Houthi militia, Mahdi Al-Mashat, spoke about what he called (the service map), which he considered a qualitative achievement in the history of the Republic of Yemen.  It sparked ridicule and sarcasm among the residents of Sana'a and activists on social networks.

According to the Houthi leader Al-Mashat, the service map will be implemented through it (a review of the future needs of basic services in the areas of health, education, electricity, water and roads for the years 2022-2030).

Residents of Sanaa and activists on social networks confirmed that the Houthi militia leaders’ talk about what they call the completion of a service map means that the group has become completely isolated from the people, or that it is practicing lying and deception publicly without shame, wondering, “Is it possible that the Houthi leaders do not know that health services  “Education and Electricity” services have been lacking since its coup in September 2014 ?

Ali Al-Nahmi (retired employee) said in a popular tone: "Which of the maps of services and salaries are cut off, sons of Adam?"  Demanding the payment of the salaries of state employees as the largest service required at this stage, as he put it.  He added, "What do we buy medicine and what do we teach our children about?"

Ali al-Nahmi believes that the Houthi services map means permanent levies, occasional royalties, land looting services, occupation of citizens' homes, looting of housing associations' lands, looting assets and equipment of electricity establishments, and stealing water corporation assets and equipment.

For his part, Saleh al-Faqih, a farmer, who has been waiting for 3 days in front of a station for filling oil derivatives, wondered whether this map would provide him with 50 liters of diesel to irrigate and save his vegetable crop that is threatened with drought and damage.  If it is not irrigated with water from an artesian well.  It requires zero diesel to operate.

Tawfiq Mohsen (a young man - owner of a motorbike) believes that "the leaders of the Houthi militia, when they talk about the achievement of the service map, are (live the role) representative, and in fact, health services are non-existent and everything is with money, education is threatened by illiteracy, teachers without salaries, the student without a textbook, and the guardian without  salaries".

The Houthi leader, Mahdi Al-Mashat, claimed that "the Republic of Yemen is the third country in the Arab world in producing the interactive map," and claimed that "the map will benefit the government in the future in developing plans for basic service projects for citizens."
