Aden.. The Security Committee pledges to hold accountable the perpetrators of the Khor Maksar clashes

The security committee in the capital, Aden, said on Sunday that it had formed a committee to investigate the events in the city of Khor Maksar and to submit an urgent report on the incident to take the necessary measures.
This came in a press release issued by the Security Committee about the clashes that took place on (Sunday) in the city of Khor Maksar.
The statement stated, "The Security Committee formed a committee to investigate the events that took place in the city of Khor Maksar and submit an urgent report on the incident to the Security Committee to take the necessary action."
The Security Committee stressed that it would "take strict measures against the perpetrators of these events, whatever their names, qualities and leadership positions, as well as leaders who do not adhere to the directives of the Security Department."
The communication also indicated that the Aden Security Department will take real security measures that will ensure that what happened in Khor Maksar will not be repeated.
The Security Committee expressed its regret to all citizens, its rejection and condemnation of any acts outside the law and order.
It called on the media and social media activists not to be drawn into false statements, which further complicate the problem.
It stressed that "such incidents that offend the Aden police and its heroic affiliates will not go unnoticed without the perpetrators being held accountable."
