Biden: We communicate daily with the UAE leadership to discuss Houthi threats

US President Joe Biden confirmed, on Monday, that he communicates daily with officials in the United Arab Emirates, to discuss the recent Houthi threats.

In the same context, US Defense Department spokesman John Kirby praised the professionalism of the UAE and Saudi armed forces in dealing with the recent Houthi threats.

 "We stand with the UAE and Saudi Arabia in confronting threats, defending their lands and protecting their people," said John Kirby.

On Monday, the United States condemned the recent Houthi terrorist attack on the UAE.

 "We condemn the recent missile attack by the Houthis on Abu Dhabi," State Department spokesman Ned Price said in a tweet on Twitter.

He added: "While the Israeli president is visiting the UAE to build bridges and promote stability across the region, the Houthis continue to launch attacks that threaten civilians,"
