A Houthi shell hit elderly people, east of Hays

Hodeidah, NewsYemen:

Two elderly people were wounded by shrapnel of a mortar shell fired by the Houthi militia at their home in the Muharraq area, east of Hays in Hodeidah.

The joint media center reported, citing medical sources, that the citizen Ali bin Ali Dahbash and his wife, Dora Hassan Ashkar, were seriously injured after their house was targeted by a mortar shell fired by the Houthi militia after midnight last night.

It indicated that the two injured were taken to the Al-Khokha field hospital to receive first aid.

It said that the two wounded would be transferred to the Doctors Without Borders hospital to continue receiving treatment.
