The southern academic, Dr. Hussein Lakour, confirmed that the allies of interim President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi, of the Brotherhood's Islah Party, are preparing to overthrow his legitimacy.
He tweeted on Twitter, that the statement issued by the Speaker of the Shura Council bin Daghr and the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Abdulaziz Jabbari, and the statements of the Foreign Minister to Al-Jazeera, Al-Ahmar’s visit to Qatar and the fighting between Brotherhood factions in Shabwa, are indications of preparations for a coup against President Hadi, claiming to stop the war.
For his part, the academic Abdullah Mubarak Al-Ghaithi considered Bayan bin Daghr and Jabbari a coup against the President of the Republic only and not against legitimacy with all its political and military symbols.
In a series of tweets on his Twitter account, he said that the coup against Hadi will not affect his deputy, Mohsen, arguing that the deputy's failure in the war against Al-Houthi was due to the restriction of his authority to manage the war by President Hadi.
Al-Ghaithi added that Ali Mohsen's visit to Qatar means that Qatar will support the post-Hadi hard-line legitimacy towards the southern issue.
He stressed that these moves are aimed mainly at conspiring against the south and the Southern Transitional Council
