English - Thursday 11 November 2021 الساعة 02:22 pmLocal sources in the city of Ataq, the capital of Shabwa governorate, confirmed that members of the Islah party affiliated with Governor Ben Adyo, and his arm Laakab, spread in the streets and entrances of the city, during the past two days, threatening to break into homes, after carrying out extensive searches of pedestrians and vehicles.
The sources pointed out that the elements of Islah, "the arm of the Brotherhood in Yemen", are carrying out massive provocations against the people of Shabwa, threatening to storm the houses, on the pretext that their owners are inciting against the traitorous Brotherhood governor, Muhammad ben Adyo, as well as preventing them from joining the local resistance led by Sultan al-Awlaki.
While the Islah elements began bombing the oil pipeline, targeting government facilities in Ataq, with the aim of creating justifications for conducting raids on the areas, kidnapping civilians opposed to the rule of the Muslim Brotherhood in Shabwa, and throwing them into its secret prisons that it established in separate areas..
The sources stated that the recent oil pipeline bombing coincided with the arrival of Sheikh Minister Al-Awlaki, around whom the tribes and people of the province turned to confront the absurdity of reform and restore the areas that were handed over to the Houthis, and that the bombing operation came to distract attention and local and regional public opinion, from the extent of the hospitality that the minister received from the people of the province of all stripes.
The delegations of tribes, regions, social, tribal and legal personalities, and military and civilian officials, continued to flock to the house of Sheikh Al-Wazir, to welcome his return and demand him to lead the next stage to liberate Shabwa from the Houthis, to save it from the corrupt rule of the Muslim Brotherhood led by “Ben Adyo”, and to confront the plans of Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar and his partner Abdul-Malik al-Houthi to sabotage the province at the hands of their client, "Ben Adyo".
The Shabwa tribes, and the sit-in in separate areas of Shabwa districts, had called for the prevention of the escape of Ben Adyo, the speedy arrest of him and his bringing to trial for the treason he committed by handing over three districts to the Houthis and opening roads for them to reach the districts of southern Marib and bring them down.
It also called on the people of the governorate to continue to close ranks in the face of the Brotherhood’s tampering in Shabwa, and to protect their areas from the Houthi threat and the Brotherhood, as they are a threat to the security of the governorate, and to deliver them to the fate of Al-Jawf, Nihm and Al-Bayda, which were handed over to the Houthis by the Islah elements.
