Al-Ahmar and Al-Maqdashi prevent the defense finance from adopting the directives of the Chief of Staff

A source in the Ministry of Defense in Marib revealed that Lieutenant-General Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar, Vice-President, and Major-General Muhammad al-Maqdashi, had stopped remittances from the Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant-General Saghir bin Aziz.

The source confirmed, in an exclusive statement to "Newsmen", that the Ministry's financial department has permanently stopped the remittances, under the heading of Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Saghir bin Aziz, on the instructions of the Vice President and Minister of Defense.

He added, that the department only disburses financial transfers directed by the Red Team or Major General Al-Maqdashi.

According to the source, this step comes in the context of a series of practices targeting the Chief of Staff and thwarting his movements in the war with the Houthi militia.
