The National Resistance and the Transitional Council hold the first coordination meeting

On Saturday, representatives of the National Resistance and the Southern Transitional Council held the first coordination meeting between the two parties in the capital, Aden.

The meeting came within a call by the leader of the National Resistance, head of the Political Bureau, Brigadier General Tariq Muhammad Abdullah Saleh, to the Southern Transitional Council, regarding strengthening coordination and forming a solid front against the Houthi militia, a call that the STC welcomed earlier.

 Informed sources said that a delegation from the National Resistance, including Nasser Bagil and Abdel Wahab Amer, met on Saturday with representatives of the Southern Transitional Council in Aden.

 The Southern Transitional Council was represented in the meeting by Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Buraik, head of the National Assembly of the Council, Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, Secretary-General of the Council, and Ali Al Kathiri, the official spokesman for the Council.
