Shabwa, NewsYemen:

Shabwa tribal leaders and political factions, such as the Southern Transitional Council, in Shabwa governorate, unanimously agree on the need to confront the Houthi militia, Iran’s arm in the country, a month after the group’s occupation of the three Bayhan districts, and after the local authority in the governorate, represented by the Brotherhood of Yemen, the Islah party, failed.

The director of the office of the President of the Southern Transitional Council in Shabwa Governorate, Salem al-Marzuki, said that as a transitional council, they will fight al-Houthi, whether it expands to Ataq or remains in Bayhan.

Al-Marzuki added, in an interview with "NewsYmen": This is our land and we will not give up an inch of southern land or leave it to the occupier, but the problem lies in the Brotherhood's militia obstructing any efforts aimed at expelling the Houthis, and the southern resistance has defended in the past and is still resisting that Persian tide, whether  In Al-Dhale'e, the West Coast, or Al-Sabiha areas.

Al-Marzaki said that the Shabwani tribes will undoubtedly fight the Houthis, especially if they find a real partner on the ground from the Arab coalition and the southern resistance fighting alongside them.  After he handed the three districts of Bayhan.

For his part, the tribal Sheikh, Lahmar bin Lasoud Al-Awlaki, confirmed that "the tribesmen in Shabwa are ready to liberate Shabwa and expel the Brotherhood and Houthi occupations from it, and just as Shabwa stood in the face of Houthi and terrorism during the past few years, it will now stand with greater strength than before."

Al-Awlaki indicated, in an interview with "Newsmen", that the social fabric in Shabwa is unanimously agreed to liberate the province from the Houthi militia, and in no way can the Houthis be accepted.

Al-Awlaki added: We affirm that the position of the Shabwa tribes has become stronger than ever.
