The Southern Transitional Council welcomes the return of the Prime Minister to Aden

 The Southern Transitional Council welcomed, on Tuesday, the return of the prime minister of the parity government, to the capital, Aden, in southern Yemen, stressing the need for the government to carry out the responsibilities for which it was formed.

This came in a statement, through the official spokesman of the Council, Ali Al-Kathiri.

Al Kathiri stressed the need for the government to carry out its duties and assume the responsibilities for which it was formed, foremost of which is addressing the economic, living and service conditions and urgently paying salaries.

The official spokesman of the Transitional Council, Ali Al-Kathiri, indicated that these are the demands that the Council continued to express during the government's unjustified absence.

Earlier, on Tuesday, Prime Minister Maeen Abdul-Malik arrived in Aden, about 6 months after leaving the city.
