A Yemeni diplomat calls on Saudi Arabia to impose the Riyadh Agreement or declare its failure

Ambassador Mustafa Al-Numan called on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to bear the burden of imposing the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement, or to declare its failure.

Al-Numan said, in a tweet on his Twitter account: "I was neither enthusiastic nor optimistic about the Riyadh Agreement, because its texts are not enforceable under any title."

And he added: "The heinous murder of the young man, Abdul-Malik Al-Sanabani, is a scandal of the impotence embodied by his competing parties in blaming each other."

Ambassador Mustafa Al-Numan concluded by saying: "The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia bears the burden of imposing it or declaring its failure."
