Houthi field commanders were killed in air strikes by Arab coalition fighters, targeting a meeting in Marib Governorate, eastern Yemen.
The media center of the government forces said that late Monday evening, coalition warplanes bombed a meeting of the leaders of the Houthi militia on the Rahba front, southwest of Ma'rib Governorate.
The center confirmed, in a brief statement, the death of all those who were in the meeting, in addition to the destruction of 5 crews, including the armed men and their equipment.
The coalition had announced, early on Monday, that it had "interdicted and destroyed two booby-trapped drones towards Khamis Mushait", southwest of Saudi Arabia.
The coalition said that "the Houthi militia deliberately targeted civilian objects and civilians."
The coalition added: "We are dealing with sources of threat resolutely to protect civilians and civilian objects from hostile attacks."
