Finance pays rented energy dues in Aden

The General Electricity Corporation in Aden confirmed that the Ministry of Finance paid, yesterday, Tuesday, the dues of the leased energy companies.

said that an official source in the Ministry of Finance's office in the capital, Aden, confirmed the signature of the Minister of Finance, Mr. Salem Saleh bin Brik, on the reinforcement and sending it to the Central Bank to restart the leased power stations, and alleviate the suffering of citizens in Aden and neighboring governorates.

The capital has witnessed stifling power outages over the past days, and the extinguishing has been programmed for more than 8 hours, compared to two hours of operation.
