Ibb, NewsYemen, private:

Ibb Governorate is considered one of the most important cities in which Iran's arm was stationed and acquired all its capabilities with the help of the local authority that was in place.

Events have escalated during the past six years, which made it topping the scene in the rate of crime, corruption and chaos at all levels.

The city does not look well, whenever the rain floods it, the curtain unfolds, as the citizen is surprised by the complete collapse of the remaining infrastructure that was considered among the achievements of the former regime. As for the visitor, he finds himself facing a fierce battle with potholes in the roads and streets.

Youssef Al-Yamani, a graduate student, says on his Facebook page: The city is in dire need of maintaining and re-asphalting the roads along with the streets, which reflected a clear picture of the extent of corruption and its penetration in the institutions that oversee the governorate’s conditions.

He adds, the matter does not stop at the dilapidated infrastructure, as there are other sectors, the most important of which is the health sector, which has become full of diploma graduates, which entails catastrophes and fatal good mistakes.

What confirms Youssef's words is the number of medical errors that occurred in the city's hospitals during the last three years, which caused a sensation and formed a frightening picture of the health situation there.

Another kind of chaos

Al-Yamani explained that there is more than one problem that the city and its surrounding suffer from, such as random construction and the spread of crushers. In addition to the expropriation of agricultural lands by influential people and people with large incomes, whether they are traders or thieves, as nothing prevents you from tampering as long as you are in the city of Ibb.

Citizens suffer daily from delays in arriving at their workplaces because of the scattered points and destroyed roads. The distance that used to take 10 minutes, for example, now takes an hour.

In the same context, Youssef says, however, you will find thieves at the "Princess" point outside the city, stopping for motorists and charging fees in the name of "improving the city."

Certainly, this is one of the ways of the chaos that Ibb suffers from, which comes along with the tax of qat, fruits, customs and others.

Yusef concludes that the city is occupied by the influential and the supervisors, and no one dares to hold these accountable, and whoever says otherwise is either self-interested or blind.

 Regional and sectarian invitations

Recently, regional calls have emerged spread by the Houthi militia, in addition to its attempt to empower traders and supervisors from outside the governorate and give them full authority, whether to control the public job or over private sector projects and government projects, and transform large areas of land into private property, which angered the citizens of the country. Governorate.

Not to mention the continuous holding of cultural courses for Iran's arm, which target a wide segment of citizens, especially women and children in the countryside and city centers, in addition to changing the school curriculum.
