Al-Bayda, NewsYemen, Special:

The recent battles that took place on the Al-Bayda fronts, particularly Al-Zahir, renewed the reminder of the extent of the damage caused to the Yemenis' battle against the Houthi coup due to the tampering and corruption practiced by the legitimacy, sometimes reaching the level of high treason.

The battles entering their second week represented a military shock to the Houthi militia by sweeping their positions completely in the Al-Zahir district and liberating the district only 48 hours after its launch, at the hands of the resistance of the Hamiqan family and the Southern Giants forces, and their arrival in the first areas of Al-Bayda District, the center of the governorate.

On the western axis opposite Al-Zahir, Houthi militia positions fell on the al-Soma’a fronts at the hands of the Hazmieh resistance, and the battles approached the strategic Awain Junction, which represents the only supply line for the Houthi militia in the Mukayras district and the mountains of Thara, which means its complete liberation and encircling the governorate center from the western side.

These advances represented a real shock to the Houthi militia, which had forgotten the scenes of escape and defeat about two years ago, and specifically since late 2018, when the Sweden agreement stopped its crushing at the entrances to the city of Hodeidah by the joint forces, and it was considered a rescue cord for it at the hands of legitimacy from the West Coast holocaust.

The agreement restored the spirit in the Houthi body to gather his forces and militias and direct them towards easier targets and fronts that are less solid and cohesive than the coastal front, through which he achieves victories that re-mobilize fighters to his ranks.  In Saada, then the Nihm, Al-Jawf and Qaniya fronts in Al-Bayda to the outskirts of the city of Ma'rib.

A series of painful setbacks generated a frustrating scene for the opponents of Al-Houthi and created an imaginary bubble for him as an indomitable force, until the battles of Al-Bayda came to restore his true image as militias that derive their strength since 2015 from the corruption and absurdity of legitimacy and the conspiracy of the Brotherhood, which controls the decision within it.

This fact was embodied in the setback of the battle in Al-Bayda, with the Houthi militias able to stop their momentum temporarily and achieve a sudden breakthrough that enabled them to restore the center of the Al-Zahir district last Thursday, and to restore most of the sites that were recently liberated.

Although the resistance of the Hamiqan family and the forces of the Giants managed to absorb what happened and regain control of things as they were, with the exception of the center of the directorate, around which the battles are now taking place, the details of what happened renewed a reminder of the reality of the absurdity and corruption in which legitimacy manages the file of the war in Yemen with open complicity with the Houthi group.

Before the fall of Al-Zahir Center, voices were warning of the continuation of the battles in Al-Bayda while the legitimate fronts remained suspended, which would make it easier for the Houthi group to focus its force towards Al-Bayda and withdraw its fighters from these fronts, which the spokesman for the Al-Humayqan resistance complained about a day after the fall of the district center  The Houthi militia has mobilized more than 3,000 fighters to Al-Bayda from these fronts.

A scene that has become recurring with any movement of any combat front against the Houthi group, and he recalled the tragedy of the resistance of the Hajour tribes in Hajjah in January of 2019, which lasted for more than two months, and the Houthis managed to finish it off after enabling him to freeze the Sweden agreement for the battle of Hodeidah by legitimacy and freezing it for the rest of the fronts.  From devoting himself to suppressing the resistance of Hajour, which was separated by only 25 km from the nearest front of legitimacy.

In addition to the freezing of the fronts, the battles of Al-Bayda recalled the catastrophe that the communications file remained in the hands of the Houthi group, as fighters in these battles confirmed that the Houthi group's cutting off communications was one of the factors that enabled them to penetrate the Al-Zaher front and reach its center.

Although 70% of the area of Yemen was out of the control of the Houthi militia, the legitimacy was unable to provide a secure communications network for it away from the militias, despite the danger that the communications file remained in the hands of the Houthi militia, especially on the military and security side.

This was evident in the attack launched by the Houthi group to control the city of Marib, where dozens of recordings of calls made by Houthi elements with tribal and military figures in Marib with the aim of luring them to the Houthi side or neutralizing them from the battle spread. It was noteworthy that one of the Houthi elements confirmed in a call to him with one of the sheikhs.  Marib that they have a list of numbers with more than 5000 names for most of the leaders in Marib.
