Defense Minister: We will not interfere in the battles of Al-Bayda before "the giants are removed"

The Governor of Al-Bayda, Sheikh Nasser Al-Khidr Al-Sawadi, revealed the involvement of the Minister of Defense, Lieutenant-General Muhammad Al-Maqdashi, in the failure of the popular resistance, which has been fighting violent battles against the Houthi militia, in the districts of "Al-Zahir and Al-Soma'a" since the end of last week.
And the Governor of Al-Bayda quoted Defense Minister Muhammad Al-Maqdashi as saying, "The legitimacy will not interfere in Al-Bayda until the forces of the Southern Giants Brigades are expelled," which supports the popular resistance in the battles with the Houthi militia.
Al-Sawadi added, in a text conversation between him and one of his relatives - that the site could not verify its authenticity - that Al-Maqdashi also stipulated that the popular resistance hand over the areas retaken from the Houthis, to the legitimate forces, which are under the control of the Islah Party, the local branch of the Muslim Brotherhood.
He stated that the minister asked him not to communicate with him about strengthening the popular resistance on the Al-Bayda fronts, while the governor, "Al-Sawadi", hinted that he intends to submit his resignation from the position.
