The joint forces quell a new Houthi escalation against civilians in 3 areas of Hodeidah

Hodeidah, NewsYemen:

 On Sunday, the joint forces put down a new military escalation by the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, against civilians in the city of Hodeidah and its countryside, and inflicted human and material losses on it.

Military sources said that the Houthi militia launched mortar shelling and machine-gun shelling on civilian homes in the Mandhar neighborhood of Hodeidah city.

Simultaneously, the Houthi militia targeted, with similar bombing, residential areas in the districts of Al-Tuhaita and Al-Durayhimi, south of Hodeidah, according to a systematic policy that deliberately impedes the normalization of life in those liberated areas, and forcing the people to flee again.

The sources pointed out that the joint forces directed focused strikes on fixed and mobile targets of the militias, after carefully monitoring their movements and sources of fire, causing deaths and injuries among the militias, in addition to material losses.
