Aden, NewsYemen, report:

Forces loyal to Yemeni Vice President Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar announced their control of the Lawdar Security Administration Center, after a battle that left dozens dead and wounded, most of them civilians, in the context of the internal conflict in the camp of the so-called Yemeni legitimacy backed by Saudi Arabia and other regional parties.

Southern security sources said, "The Security Belt forces in Lawdar neutralized their forces from participating in the fighting that took place between the conflicting parties inside the camp of the so-called Yemeni legitimacy, while responsible sources in Shabwa revealed the success of Yemeni Vice President Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar, in removing Ahmed Saleh al-Eisi,  Qana port, and the latter’s return to supplying its oil derivatives through the oil port in the capital, Aden

A statement issued by the local security forces of Al-Ahmar said, "It succeeded in defeating what it called the rebellious remnants of the Lawdar police station, after a battle that lasted six hours, and it invaded the city by relying on the joint forces, which came after the Lawdar security director disavowed and refused to comply with the decision of the resident Minister of Interior Ibrahim Haidan."  In Wadi Hadramout for months.

The joint forces are militia formations whose leaders owe allegiance to the Yemeni Vice President and the Brotherhood of Yemen. Sources indicate that there are extremists among them. Many reports refer to the person of Al-Khader Jadeeb, a former emir of Al-Qaeda, before he was recruited by the ousted Minister of Interior Ahmed Al-Maisari, and appointed as his bodyguard.

Sources working in Qena port told Al-Youm Eight newspaper that "directives were issued by Yemeni Vice President Ali Mohsen Al-Ahmar to businessman Ahmed Saleh Al-Eissi, asking him to stop supplying oil derivatives to the port, which was established with funding from Al-Eissi."

The sources stated that the dispute began between Al-Eissi and Bin Adyo, the governor of Shabwa, when the latter confiscated a large shipment of fuel that was on board a ship belonging to Al-Eisi, during the last Ramadan.  Electricity of Shabwa Governorate, without paying its value to Ahmed Al-Eissi.

The dispute developed into Bin Adiyo’s cancellation of the agreement to operate the port by Al-Eissi, and granting an agreement to his followers from the Brotherhood party close to the Yemeni Vice President.

Sources working in the oil port in Buraiqa told Eighth Day newspaper that an oil derivatives ship arrived at the port and unloaded its cargo after paying taxes, unlike the previous one, which Al-Eissi used to enter derivatives into the port without paying taxes, which is the first time that taxes have been paid.

The sources indicated that Al-Eissi was permanently removed from the port of Qena, which financed the construction project, after an agreement was signed between the governor of Shabwa and the business group affiliated with the businessman who is the deputy director of President Hadi’s office for economic affairs.

Al-Eissi returned to Aden, as a merchant who did not enjoy any support from the Yemeni presidency, which was granting him an exemption from paying taxes. However, the recent conflict in the city of Lawdar clearly reveals the extent of the war that Al-Eissi is being subjected to from Yemeni Vice President Ali Mohsen Al-Ahmar and Shabwa Governor Muhammad Saleh bin  my enemy.

And on Saturday morning, close sources said that the Shabwa Brotherhood authority, funded by Qatar and Turkey, sent military reinforcements to Abyan at 6:25 pm, likely to support the forces that controlled Lawdar on Friday.

A tribal source told The Eighth Day newspaper, "20 military vehicles (in the colors of the Saudi military forces), carrying armed men in civilian clothes, moved from Ataq, the center of Shabwa governorate, in addition to two vehicles carrying anti-aircraft."

It seems clear that the conflict in Abyan has taken many forms, as Yemeni Vice President Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar is mobilizing his forces from Marib and Wadi Hadhramaut to reach the city of Zinjubar, the center of Abyan governorate, but he does not hide Bin Adyo's directions to prevent Al-Eissi from continuing to smuggle oil derivatives to the Houthis through the al-Halhel port  ) which connects Abyan to Al-Bayda Governorate.

Informed sources said, "The outgoing Yemeni president and businessman Ahmed Saleh Al-Eissi have become the weakest link in the conflict within the camp of what is called Yemeni legitimacy." The sources indicate that Al-Ahmar's ambition to reach the presidency has become possible, especially since the president has left "the headquarters of the Yemeni government."  Their residence” to the United States of America for the purpose of treatment, amid reports indicating that the deputy has become the only candidate to succeed Hadi, if medical reports indicate that the latter cannot return to power, as he suffers from heart problems and his deputy may be installed as a replacement for him, in the same scenario that was done  In Sanaa, when the Brotherhood tried to assassinate Saleh, then he was forced to hand over power to his deputy Hadi, who returned and handed over power to the Brotherhood on the grounds that they were the ones who tried to kill Saleh in the bombing of the presidential mosque in Sana’a in 2012.

During the past years, some of them fought with loyalty to Hadi, to try to bring down Zinjubar, in the interest of Al-Ahmar’s influence, but the southern defending forces were able to confront those attacks, but the Brotherhood, which mobilizes and recruits in the city of Taiz, believes that Hadi’s removal and the installation of Al-Ahmar will not take place until after the end.  From controlling Aden, the capital, and Bab al-Mandab, Hadi’s removal becomes possible in light of the presence of American recognition of the Houthis as a major party, which means that the Yemeni Vice President al-Zaydi wants to negotiate on the basis of the “Brotherhood and the Houthis,” given that they are both parties to the conflict in Yemen.
