A child dies of his injuries as a result of clashes between army forces in Taiz

A child died of his wounds sustained in violent clashes between the National Army forces, on Wednesday evening, north of the city of Taiz in central Yemen.

A local source told NewsYemen that the 10-year-old child, Abdullah Adnan Al-Silwi, died in Al-Safwa Hospital, as a result of his injuries as a result of the clashes between members of the 22nd Mecha Brigade and others from the 170th Air Defense Brigade.

The clashes began between the two parties after the soldier in Brigade 170 Watheeq Abdullah Ghaleb Al-Absi was killed by the fire of a soldier in the 22nd Brigade named Abdo Mallhi, yesterday evening, Wednesday, in Freedom Square in Asafra, north of Taiz, and the battle expanded to the 170 Brigade’s attack on a nightclub house and burning it.

At the same time, the condition of the second wounded man as a result of the clashes of the 170th and 22nd Brigades, Baligh Muhammad Al-Shamiri, is still in serious condition, and he is receiving intensive care at Al-Safwa Hospital.
