Aden, NewsYemen, Exclusive:

Private sources in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, revealed the latest developments in the negotiations to complete the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement.

The sources told NewsYemen that the negotiations had witnessed remarkable progress and agreement on many points in the security and military aspect, for which the negotiations were resumed, but the recent events in Shabwa governorate and what followed caused the negotiations to falter.

The sources indicated that even before the Brotherhood militia stormed and suppressed a peaceful demonstration called by the Transitional Council in the governorate, the two parties had reached a consensus on appointing governors and security directors for the governorates of Lahj, Al-Dhalea and Abyan.

The sources said that Saudi Arabia, after the Transitional Council announced the suspension of negotiations in protest against the Brotherhood's authorities' suppression of the peaceful demonstration in Shabwa, exerted pressure to restore consultations between the two parties.

The sources indicated that the decisions issued by the President of the Transitional Council to organize the security belt forces and remove the support and support forces from the city of Aden were within the framework of preparing the atmosphere for the implementation of the security aspect.

A source in the Transitional Council held the presidency responsible for delaying and evading the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement.

The source confirmed to NewsYemen that the recent security steps of the Transitional Council put pressure on the Yemeni presidency, as Hadi traveled to the United States of America to escape the implementation of his decisions and obligations to implement the security and military aspect and the appointment of governors and security directors.

He considered Hadi's travel to America an escape so that the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement would not be completed and he used the pretext of periodic checks, indicating that Hadi's periodic examinations take place every year in August.

In addition, the source in the Transitional Council said that the Council is committed to implementing the Riyadh Agreement as stated in its provisions, indicating that the Transitional Council has its options in the event that the presidency does not comply with what it must do to make the agreement succeed.
