Aden, NewsYemen:

The national currency fell, on Tuesday, to an unprecedented record level, exceeding the exchange rate of one dollar, 937 riyals, in the capital, Aden, in southern Yemen.

Bankers in Aden said that "one dollar is being sold between 935 and 940 riyals," and they expected its deterioration to continue unless urgent solutions are put in place.

The collapse of the exchange rates doubled the living suffering of the population, in light of the insane rise in food, pharmaceutical and consumer prices.
