The commander of the Taiz military axis, Major General Khaled Fadel, refused to implement judicial orders to stop the looting and robbery practiced by the son of the leader of the Brotherhood, Abdo Farhan (Salem), the axis's advisor, against the lands of citizens in the city of Taiz.

Major General Fadel also rejected directives issued by the governor of Taiz, head of the security committee, Nabil Shamsan, to implement judicial orders to stop the son of the axis commander's advisor, Azzam Abdo Farhan, from robbing and looting lands in the city.

Official documents revealed that Governor Shamsan directed the commander of the axis to implement the order of the Court of Appeal to stop work on the floor that was looted by the influential "Azzam Abdo Farhan" with the support of his father (Salem) and he is building it.

However, "Fadel" refused to implement the directive, as his advisor (Salem) and the latter's son (Azzam) continued to create and build on the ground located in Jabal al-Jahuri, in Al-Masbah Al-Ala neighborhood, according to official documents.
