Secret registration | A prominent parliamentarian reveals Houthi "prostitution networks" to entrap ministers and MPs

A leaked audio recording of the prominent lawmaker, Abdo Bishr, revealed the Houthi militia's establishment of organized prostitution networks, confirming “the recruitment of women to entrap high-ranking government and parliament officials under their control in Sana'a.

On Monday, the artist, Intisar Al-Hammadi, who was kidnapped by the Houthis, revealed that the militia arrested her and her colleagues because of their refusal to join a prostitution and espionage network run by the group and working for it in Sana'a.

Bishr said, in the audio recording, during an unannounced session held earlier by the Parliament of Sana'a, that he has a list of the names of people targeted by these networks that are run by senior leaders of the Houthi militia.

The parliamentarian Bishr was speaking in a secret session of the Parliament of Sana'a, in the presence of Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, head of the Houthi government, which is not recognized internationally, and members of the government.

Bishr said, "There are files that are prepared with confessions of women that they are assigned to target personalities from the Cabinet, the Political Council and the Parliament in Sana'a."

He described the Houthis and their security apparatus' use of women to entrap people with ethical issues as a "shame."

During the session, Bishr presented a list of the names of the targeted people and women, the names of the investigators and the places of investigation.

The leaked recording reveals a document directed to the Houthi-affiliated Public Prosecution, condemning the deceased Houthi leader Sultan Zaben, who was the director of criminal investigation in Sana'a, with forming a gang to attack the prosecution and the prosecutor, after revealing his involvement in the use of sexual violence against the 

kidnapped women In secret prisons.
