 The security services in the Modia district in the governorate of Abyan, southern Yemen, recovered passports of citizens from the areas of Yafa ', after an armed gang had cut them off on the international road, and seized their passports by force.

A security source told "NewsYemen" that the security department of Mudia district managed to retrieve passports for ten citizens of Yafa, who had been cut off by an armed gang led by Adel Al-Wahsh, at Al-Quoz Junction, east of the directorate.

The source pointed out that the armed gang, which includes four members, stopped a mass transit bus, at dawn on Tuesday, in "Mudia", searched the passengers 'luggage and seized the travel IDs of ten travelers from Yafa' areas.

He pointed out that the security forces are currently tracking members of the armed gang to arrest them and put them in prison, without explaining how to recover passports without arresting the gang.
