Griffiths in the capital "Tehran" to discuss "the aspirations of the Yemeni people"

On Sunday, the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy to Yemen, Martin Griffiths, began a two-day visit to Iran to discuss the war in Yemen.
In a statement published on its official website, the UN envoy’s office said that Griffiths will meet during the visit with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif and a number of Iranian officials.
According to the official source, Griffiths will discuss with Tehran "a political solution that meets the aspirations of the Yemeni people."
