130 students take the first semester exams at the Higher Institute in Mocha

On Sunday, 130 male and female students took the first semester exams for students of the Higher Institute for Teacher Training and Training, Mocha Branch.

The director of the institute, Dr. Amin Basel Al-Ariqi, said that the students took the semester exams for the first time since the opening of the institute’s branch in Mocha last year.

He added that the aim of opening the institute in Mokha was to allow volunteer teachers to qualify and obtain higher degrees.

For his part, Muhammad Faid Al-Shamiri, Academic Vice President of the Teachers Institute, said that the examination process is going through a regular and orderly manner.

Al-Shamiri praised the efforts made by the local authority and the Education Office to make the institute a success in establishing the institute in Mokha in terms of developing the capacities of teachers without pay in schools in Mokha.


The Director of the Education Office, Qassem Al-Shazly, expressed his joy for the success of the Institute, which aims to qualify female teachers in Secondary and Mokha Schools with a university degree, and acquire new experiences.


And he said, Mocha has greatly deprived the existence of universities and scientific institutes, and the institute’s existence is a good sign and a good opportunity for those wishing to join higher education.


The institute opened its doors in Mokha last year, and this contributed to the enrollment of 130 male and female students in the specializations of classroom teacher and the English language department.
