Taiz, NewsYemen:

Sources and eyewitnesses told NewsYemen that the 17th Infantry Brigade and Military Police station of the Muslim Brotherhood in Taiz arrested, on Sunday morning, families who came from the Houthi-controlled areas and prevented them from entering Taiz.

The sources added that families belonging to the governorates of Sana'a, Dhamar and Ibb were heading to Taiz to obtain passports that were stopped at the Al-Hanjar point for more than 6 hours, and some of them were allowed to enter by means of identification and guarantees of people from inside Taiz, while some families returned from the point and headed towards Aden.

The sources indicated that the Hanjar Point forces subjected these families, the majority of whom are women and children, to careful searches by female military police, and they were treated inappropriately.
