A civilian was injured in a landmine explosion in Dhu al-Bab

 On Saturday, a civilian was seriously injured in a mine explosion left by the Houthi militia in the Dhu Bab district.

According to a local source, NewsYemen, a worker in a quarry near Al-Omari camp stepped on a landmine, amputating one of his feet.

He added that the worker, who belongs to the Hamli area of the Mawza District, was taken to a medical clinic to stop the bleeding, before he was transferred to Aden for treatment.

The Houthi militia has turned the West Coast directorates into the largest minefield in the world, as it is estimated that it planted about two million mines, which caused hundreds of casualties.
