The government of legitimacy has renewed the demand of the international community and the permanent members of the Security Council to carry out their legal responsibilities in condemning Iranian interference in Yemen, and to work quickly to include the Houthi group on the lists of terrorism.
The Minister of Information, Muammar Al-Eryani, said on his Twitter account, “The Iranian aggression against Yemen, and its interventions to support the coup, undermine the state and target the neighborhood, is an extension of the agenda to spread chaos and terrorism in the region, and a flagrant violation of the principle of sovereignty and international decisions related to the Yemeni crisis,” he said.
Al-Eryani said that the confessions of the Houthi spy cell official, which was arrested last Thursday in the northeastern governorate of Ma'rib, revealed dangerous information confirming the presence of experts from Iran and Iraq in the Houthi group's operation rooms.
He added, "The confessions of the Houthi cell official confirm that the Iranian role in supporting the Houthis was not limited to smuggling weapons, ballistic missiles and military technology, but extended to include field implementation of missile attacks targeting civilian objects and killing innocent civilians."
