The leadership of the Transitional Council and the capital, Aden, visited the memorial to "Jaafar Muhammad Saad," the first governor of Aden, after its independence from the rule of the Iranian arm in July 2017, who was killed in a terrorist explosion on December 6 of the same year.

The Secretary-General of the Transitional Council, Governor of the Capital Aden, Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, and Fadl Al-Jaadi, Assistant Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Transitional Council, visited today, Sunday, the place "Jaafar's blood immortalized" and placed a wreath in front of the memorial plaque at the site of his martyrdom on the fifth anniversary of his martyrdom.

According to the media of the capital, "After laying the wreath, which was attended by a number of members of the Presidium of the Transitional Council, the National Assembly and the General Secretariat, Muhammad Jaafar, the son of the martyr and a number of his family members, everyone recites Surat Al-Fatiha in the spirit of the martyr who was martyred in a terrorist act in December 6, 2015.

In a brief speech, the loyal governor of Lamlas saluted the "conservative martyr Jaafar", "the commander of the Aden liberation operation, the best of the honest men."

 He saluted the victory of Aden against the terrorists, "the enemies of humanity and the enemies of Aden."

He said: "The hero martyr Jaafar Muhammad Saad, a loyal and courageous man, his martyrdom represented a heavy loss to Aden and the country in general, I ask God for forgiveness, mercy and safety for all."

Muhammad al-Naqib, the spokesman for the southern forces in Abyan, had renewed the obituary of "Jaafar," and he said in a tweet attached to a video about the martyred governor, and said: "They killed him because he promised them to expose those who wanted Aden to fail and believed that by assassinating him they had killed Aden."
