Kuwait Relief Society distributes 5 fishing boats to needy families in Mocha and Al-Khokha

The Kuwait Relief Society distributed five large fishing boats to fishermen affected by the war of the Houthi militia in the Al-Khokha and Mocha districts, as part of the "Kuwait With You" campaign.
The project aims to revive livelihoods, mobilize work forces and production in the affected communities, and achieve economic empowerment for the fishermen and their families, whose number is 525 individuals who have been selected according to field surveys.
The size of one boat is about 19 meters x 4 meters and 5 meters high, with a payload of 35 tons, and each boat benefits 15 families, a total of 75 beneficiaries.
