Marib, NewsYemen:

The International Organization for Migration of the United Nations said, on Tuesday, that the governorate of Marib has received more than seventy-one thousand people displaced by the military escalation of the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm, in Yemen since the beginning of this year.

The organization said in a new report, that the city of Marib alone has received about 70% of the displaced this year, which numbered about 16 thousand cases of displacement throughout Yemen since the beginning of this year.

It is noteworthy that the areas near Marib and Al-Jawf governorates are the most affected, which increases the needs of the displaced and the risks that threaten them.

The war being waged by the Houthi militia threatens one hundred and forty displacement camps that house nearly one million displaced people, all of whom have been displaced from eight provinces controlled by the militia.
