Aden, NewsYemen:

Naji Al-Hanashi, the first secretary of the Yemeni Socialist Party, called on Sultan Al-Arada to leave the governorate's leadership, considering that Al-Arada is no longer fit for the position of governor.

Al-Hanashi said, in an article he published on his Facebook page, titled "Taghreed Al-Sarab", that Al-Arada has exhausted his efforts as governor of Marib and no longer has anything to offer to serve her as governor in the current circumstances.

The socialist leader stated that Al-Arada made all efforts in order to fulfill what Marib requires at various levels and what the battle of defending it requires on the ground and mankind, and he succeeded here and failed there, and this is the nature of man.

He added, "Today is different from yesterday, and what was good yesterday is no longer the case, and here we see that the governor has exhausted his efforts as the leader of Marib, and he no longer has anything to offer to serve it as governor in the current circumstances."

And the head of the Socialist Party branch in Marib added: “Today, he and we must accept the need for him to leave the hierarchy of leadership in Marib with ease, based on the fact that the homeland, its needs and issues - is more important than our needs and desires,” at a time when Al-Hanashi expected Al-Arada to “resign.”
