The telecommunications service and the internet network have returned to the city of Mocha after an interruption that lasted more than 30 continuous hours.
An engineer at the Mocha Communications Branch said that communications and the Internet had returned to service again after the branch’s engineers made efforts to fix the faults that were exposed.
He did not specify the reasons that led to the interruption of the two services, saying only that the engineers were able to restore the two services after making great efforts in that.
The subscribers of the social messaging and communication service had suffered from the difficulty of making phone calls on the Yemen Mobile network from ten in the morning on Saturday until Sunday, and some banks closed their doors and money exchange shops stopped providing their services, while some money changers resorted to the satellite Internet.
