Local sources reported that a landmine left by the Houthi militia exploded while the car of a citizen returning from expatriate was passing east of Al-Hazm, the center of Al-Jawf Governorate, in a crime that is the second of its kind within hours.
The sources said that a mine from the remnants of what was planted by the Houthi militia exploded in the car of expatriate Jalal Musa on the highway in Al-Labnat area, which led to his death and the destruction of the car he was traveling in.
Sources indicated that the victim belonged to the Al-Uqdah region and was on his way to his home in Al-Zahir District from Saudi Arabia.
And a local source reported earlier on Saturday that the car of a citizen named "Ali Dashlan" had exploded a mine planted by the Houthi militia in the Harab area, north of Al-Hazm district, which led to his death and injury to his son.
This crime comes a day after a similar crime committed by the Iranian-backed militias with a mine from their waste while a car was passing on the desert road between Hazm Al-Jawf and Al-Ruwaik that led to the death of Mabkhout Muhammad Al-Qah and wounding others.
