After controlling all state resources and confiscating all of its services that were provided to the citizen, the Houthi militia turned to the last opportunities, "the lands and assets of the state, the endowment money and the proceeds of its real estate."

The Sabaa Agency in its Houthi version, while dealing with news of a meeting held at the Ministry of Justice in the Houthi capital “Sana'a”, named Muhammad Ali al-Houthi “the head of the justice system,” in addition to his position as a member of the Supreme Political Council for the militias, a job dedicated to this file. Al-Houthi, on Monday, November 16th, "arrested a number of forgeries and impersonators of the legal trust in cases of issuing false contracts serving those responsible for legitimacy."
