A new position to control the endowment lands .. Muhammad Al-Houthi as the head of the justice system

A member of the so-called Supreme Political Council of the Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, Muhammad Ali Al-Houthi, assumed a new position by an unannounced republican decision, enabling him to control the lands of the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance in the areas under his militia control, and this position also makes him responsible for the Supreme Judicial Council and the Ministry of Justice.
This position was revealed by the Sabaa Agency in its Houthi version, during its news of a meeting held in the Ministry of Justice in the capital, Sana'a, which is under the control of the Iranian militias, and which named Muhammad Ali al-Houthi “the head of the justice system,” in addition to his position as a member of the Supreme Political Council of the militias.
The news also revealed militia movements to control the lands of the Ministry of Endowments through the threat that Al Houthi made to the legitimate trustees, and his claim that a number of forgeries and impersonators had been arrested in cases of issuing false contracts serving the legitimate officials whom he called "mercenaries in the countries of aggression."
According to the news, Al-Houthi has given the manipulative legal secretaries to the end of this week to go to the Ministry of Justice and Criminal Investigation to make their confessions to all the violations they committed and to disclaim their responsibility for everything unlawfully taken through them.
He threatened them in the event that they did not comply with defamation and prosecution through a joint room formed by Military Intelligence, the Ministry of Interior, Security and Intelligence, and the competent authorities, accusing police officers and prosecutors in the same context of forgery, and claiming that the Supreme Judicial Council, which has come to control him thanks to his new position, has received complaints from some Scribes this fraud.
While al-Houthi claimed that following up on the detection of fraudulent legitimate trustees is a national security and economic battle, he warned against compromising the endowment lands and manipulating family endowments by some of the trustees, which reveals the real reasons for these moves that basically aim to complete all the pillars that enable him to control and control the endowment lands under cover that does not expose him to public discontent.
The Houthi leader's speech shows that the next stage will witness a wide replacement of the current legal trustees in their areas of control, either by excluding them or arresting them on charges of forgery, which he explicitly disclosed, with others loyal to them on the way to complete control of the endowment lands within the scheme to swallow the country's assets and resources.
