On Tuesday, southern forces launched a surprise attack on the Houthi militia, in the Al-Fakher front in Al-Dhalea governorate, south of Yemen.
Field sources said that the southern forces carried out an offensive operation in the "Al-Nabija" area, west of Al-Fakher, north of Al-Dhalea.
It indicated that violent clashes broke out between the two sides, resulting in the killing and wounding of a number of militia members by the fire of the southern forces.
Yesterday evening, southern forces confronted an infiltration operation carried out by the Houthi militia, on the same front.
Field sources stated that the southern forces thwarted an infiltration operation carried out by a group of militia in Habeel Al-Abdi in the town of Al-Fakher, while a number of Houthi militia members were killed and wounded.
