Displaced persons in Qutaba district, north of Al-Dhalea, complained of what they described as the “abuses” of the local partner of the World Food Organization, the “Humanitarian Solidarity Association,” and the Solidarity Supervisor of Qutaba “Adnan Lakhla”, saying that the association “dealt randomly with the displaced families.

A Newsyemen correspondent in the city reported on the displaced that hundreds of displaced families have been approved and confirmed in the lists of beneficiaries of the World Food Program in the Qutaba district, the Sehna center, but the war has cut off roads between the areas in which they live in, and that the organization has done nothing to deliver humanitarian aid to them, ”despite the“ directives and continuous follow-up by the concerned authorities in the directorate of the association.

Instead, the association claimed that “the Takaful Supervisor in Qutaba dropped their names from the lists, and when the fingerprint committee of Prodigy company came, they were surprised that their names were still approved by the global program.

The complainants said that they “had to reach the association and traveled long distances, walking from one region to another, on rugged mountain roads in order to attend and to guve their fingerprint at the committee that promised them that it would re-disburse humanitarian aid to them.”

After a long wait and a long struggle with hunger, pain and suffering, they were reported that the organization returned their relief cards and sent them to the concerned association.

They took the same rugged roads that were maimed at the beginning for the sake of fingerprinting, but this time they came to receive their aid and their own scoop cards, and upon their arrival at the exchange center of the Humanitarian Solidarity in a wing, they were surprised that their cards were seized and refused to be spent by the Solidarity Supervisor ”and deprived them of aid.

Beneficiary Ali Naji Musleh tells his story of that he supports a family of 12 displaced persons in Qutaba.

He said he used to receive the flour on a monthly basis, then fingerprinted the committee, but then he went more than ten times in order to receive the aid card, and every time the Takaful Supervisor promised him to address his problem and exchange the card to him, but to no avail

As for the "Katba Musleh", she lost all the money she could collect in order to use to travel all this distance to get to receive her card, only to be surprised by the seizure of her card.
