A citizen of Zabid died in a mine planted by the Iranian arm, south of Hays

A citizen from the Zabid district died of a mine planted by the Houthi militia - Iran's arm in Yemen - in the villages near the Dhami area, south of Hays, in Hodeidah.

A relative of the victim stated that Taha Yahya Saeed Asseq (20 years old), a resident of Bilad Al Salam village in the Zabid District, was killed on Thursday noon by a mine planted by the Iranian-backed Houthi militia, near the village of Rabat, south of the Hays district.

He confirmed that the emergency teams of the joint forces rushed to the scene of the accident, and the victim was treated at the medical point of the Seven Giants Brigade, but he arrived dead and affected by that injury.

He pointed out that the victim was working on a motorbike in the Al-Khawkha district, and he died while driving it, heading to his country and his family in Zabid.
