The governor of the capital, Aden, Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, discussed today, with a committee emanating from the sit-in of the southern military headed by the head of the Supreme Military Authority, Brigadier General Saleh Ali Zanqul, a number of proposals that could lead to the dispersal of the sit-in and ensure that the protesters obtain their full and unimpaired rights.

According to the news issued by the Media Office of the Governor of Aden, a set of proposals was agreed upon, which the protesters see as guaranteeing their rights, and which was the reason for their sit-in.

In the meeting, the governor of the capital, Aden, reaffirmed the right of the military to claim their legitimate rights by peaceful means, pointing to the continued efforts of the local authority by communicating with the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Finance to solve the problem of their financial dues represented in the monthly salaries that have been suspended for several months.

For his part, Major General Saleh Ali Zanqul expressed great thanks and gratitude to the officers and individuals stationed in the sit-in camp, to the governor of Lamas for his efforts to solve their problem, stressing the protesters ’keenness not to harm the capital Aden and its residents.
