The joint forces stationed in the district of Hays, south of Hodeidah governorate, overthrew three leaders in the ranks of the Iranian arm and their companions, one of them close to the Houthi leader Abu Ali Al-Hakem, according to military sources.

The sources said that the artillery of the seventh and eleventh brigades within the joint forces responded to the intensity of Houthi fire that bombed residential neighborhoods and caused direct casualties in a gathering of Iran's arm.

The artillery attack resulted in the killing of three militia leaders, namely: Sheikh Al-Din Khaled Abdulrahman Abdulwahab, nicknamed "Abu Al-Nour", Ahmed Muhammad Ahmad Farhan, and Muhammad Amin Numan Saeed, and ten of their companions, and injuring dozens of others.

According to the sources, the so-called Sheikh al-Din is one of the most prominent close associates of the leader Abu Ali al-Hakem al-Houthi, and he received special training by experts from the Lebanese Hezbollah in secret camps outside the hijacked capital, Sana'a.

And in recent days, a prominent field leader fell in the ranks of the Houthi militia while participating in the attack on Hays, with the joint forces' fire that overthrew him and the groups he was leading.
