Recent events have revealed, in some areas of southern Yemen, the outright hostility of the Islah party, the local branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, towards Saudi Arabia, despite the organization's attempts from time to time to pretend other than what is hidden within it.
As elements of the Islah party launched, during the last days, a sharp attack on Saudi Arabia, using the most heinous words and vocabulary, against the backdrop of the group’s loss of the island of Socotra, southeast of Yemen.
Brotherhood members and their leaders launched a campaign of insults against Saudi Arabia on social media platforms and in the affiliated media.
The recent Brotherhood campaign against Riyadh was not surprising to many Yemenis, as the Brotherhood considered the kingdom a historical enemy in the first place, and this time they were open about their intentions towards Saudi Arabia.
"Newsyemen" channel publishes, on YouTube, a motion graphic video, showing the hostile stance of the Yemeni brothers from Saudi Arabia, which they clearly expressed after losing the battle in Socotra, and they were expecting the kingdom to be on their side.
