On Wednesday, an ICRC plane arrived at Sanaa International Airport carrying aid and medical supplies.

The plane carries two tons of medical supplies and medicines.

The medical assistance comes in conjunction with the announcement by the Houthi militia that it had recorded the first death of the Corona virus in Sanaa, amid information about confirmed cases of "Covid-19".

The International Committee of the Red Cross, announced by the Director of Operations in the Middle East, Fabrizio Carbone, announced on Tuesday the arrival of the first shipment of medical supplies to Yemen since the outbreak of the outbreak of the Corona Virus pandemic "Covid 19".

Carbone confirmed, via Twitter, that more supplies and medicines are expected to arrive in Sana'a and Aden next week, in support of health facilities that have been significantly weakened over the years of the conflict.
